Fuel policy

The amount of fuel you get the car with is the same amount you return the car with.
e.g. You rent the car half full, you return it half full. We use common sense, a bit more or less doesn’t matter.
By request of the customer we can provide the car full of fuel and the customer must return the car full. In this case a credit card is required.

Special service at no extra cost

Then we will provide a courtesy drive to a hotel in Heraklion that you have booked. The following morning you just continue on with your trip. This way you can relax before you travel knowing that you can enjoy a drink before you land and also that you don't have to drive at night.
When you arrive at the airport we will also show you exactly where our allocated parking allotment is (it is really straightforward and at the airport) for dropping off the car back before departure.

Lost keys

We have chip-coded car keys for all our cars. However, it takes time and money to replace them. Therefore, in case of lost keys the customer will be charged with 50 -100euros to replace the lost keys (depends on the car model) plus any associated transport and time costs to get the replacement keys.

Traffic Fines

Fines and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are at the renters expense.

Driving and Geographic Restrictions

Our cars are rented to drive in Crete island only. They cannot be used off-road or on the beach. Damages from malicious or grossly negligent actions or to the underside of the car when you use it off road are not covered by the insurance.

Les dommages causés par des actions malveillantes ou par négligence grave ou à la partie inférieure de la voiture lorsque vous l'utilisez hors route ne sont pas couverts par l'assurance.

Verlorene Schlüssel

Wir haben Chip-codierten Autoschlüssel für alle unsere Autos. Allerdings braucht es Zeit und Geld, um sie zu ersetzen. Ζημιές από κακόβουλες ή εκ βαρείας αμελείας ενέργειες ή στο κάτω μέρος του αυτοκινήτου, όταν το χρησιμοποιείτε εκτός δρόμου δεν καλύπτονται από την ασφάλεια.

Llaves perdidas

Nuestros coches se alquilan para conducir en la isla de Creta solamente. No se pueden utilizar fuera de la carretera o en la playa. Los daños ocasionados por actos dolosos o gravemente negligente o en los bajos del coche cuando se utiliza fuera de la carretera no están cubiertos por el seguro.
