Of course you may pay cash but for those who prefer to pay by credit card we are equipped with the safest and newest technology, namely GPRS machines. They work via mobile net so no need for electriciry or landlines.They are very easy to use. We use them in our offices, hotels, ports or airports.

Fuel policy
The amount of fuel you get the car with is the same amount you return the car with.
e.g. You rent the car half full, you return it half full. We use common sense, a bit more or less doesn’t matter.
By request of the customer we can provide the car full of fuel and the customer must return the car full. In this case a credit card is required.
When you arrive at the airport we will also show you exactly where our allocated parking allotment is (it is really straightforward and at the airport) for dropping off the car back before departure.
This way our clients will never have to worry or feel suspicious of not having the car they booked. We believe this is the right way to start your holidays when you arrive or start your trips if you are already in Crete.
We also offer a very friendly and fast process so you are on the road in no time. When your holidays are over at the time of departure we have a parking place at the airports and ports so you don't have to wait to return the car.

Then we will provide a courtesy drive to a hotel in Heraklion that you have booked. The following morning you just continue on with your trip. This way you can relax before you travel knowing that you can enjoy a drink before you land and also that you don't have to drive at night.When you arrive at the airport we will also show you exactly where our allocated parking allotment is (it is really straightforward and at the airport) for dropping off the car back before departure.
